Job Description
About MVMT Magnus Veritas Medical Technologies is an independent distributor of surgical, regenerative, and orthobiologic technologies, headquartered in Sacramento, California. MVMT works directly with surgeons and facilities on synthetic bone graft, bone marrow aspiration, PRP and protein concentrate, and bone growth stimulation, evaluated and sold on mechanism rather than on manufacturer quota. What you will do Build and work your own accounts across surgical practices, ASCs, and hospitals. Represent a curated line of regenerative and orthobiologic products, run first calls and product evaluations, support cases, and grow a territory you register and own. You control your schedule, your approach, and your pipeline. What MVMT provides A vetted product catalog with the clinical mechanism behind every line, not just a spec sheet. Pricing and commission structure in writing before you sign. Direct access to the founder, not a call center. Materials built to be shown to a surgeon without a second look. Room to add product lines as you build case volume. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is commission only, uncapped, and paid on collection. There is no salary, draw, guaranteed minimum, or benefits. Commission rates are provided in writing in a Commission Schedule during onboarding, and include a documented step-up as your case volume grows on the synthetic bone graft line. Earnings depend on the cases you close. What we are looking for Medical device, orthopedic, spine, or surgical sales experience preferred. Existing relationships with orthopedic or spine surgeons, ASCs, or hospital purchasing are a strong plus, though not required if you can demonstrate the ability to build them. Comfortable in and around the OR. Able to operate independently, hold your own schedule, and represent clinical material accurately, because compliance and claims discipline are non-negotiable in this space. A business entity and your own liability insurance are preferred. MVMT can advise on setting both up. How to apply Send your background, your territory, and any existing surgeon or facility relationships to info@mvmt.health. Include the products or specialties you have sold before, if any.
