Job Description Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join its Cardiothoracic surgery team in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate would be an experienced team player who is comfortable working with multiple physicians, across Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular inpatient setting. Being flexible to change, having a willingness to learn and excellent interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills are also highly desired. Full-time position Monday to Friday schedule First surgery assisting in open heart surgery Will also support several surgeons in vascular, ortho, neuro and robotic general Robotic platforms to include Da Vince (DV5 and XI), MAKO, Globus Execlsius and Velys Robotic and Cardiovascular surgery required 1+ years of surgical experience required Compensation is between $171,829 and $231,714 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
