Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance (dependent coverage included) Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Retirement plans with employer matches Paid time off and family leave Relocation bonus for eligible candidates Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and more Additional voluntary benefits such as pet insurance and employee discounts What You'll Do Provide expert perioperative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients Assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including vein harvesting and surgical procedures Manage ICU and surgical patient care, including rounding and evaluation Participate in weekly clinics and operate primarily Monday through Friday Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare team members Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans Prescribe medications in accordance with policies and regulations Perform bedside procedures as needed Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation Operate independently under physician supervision with expert clinical judgment Complete ongoing CME to enhance skills Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment What You Need Valid Colorado PA license NCCPA Certification (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac or cardiovascular surgery and ICU Strong clinical judgment, teamwork skills, and flexibility Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment Join a top-tier cardiothoracic surgical team at a leading facility in Colorado Springs.
