Role:

The Physician Assistant (PA) plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services within the fields of internal medicine, family practice, and geriatric care. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations to assess health status and identify medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results to guide clinical decision-making. Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices, with sensitivity to the needs of geriatric patients. Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures within the scope of practice and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive management of chronic diseases and complex health issues. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
