Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our physician-led clinical team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care in a skilled nursing home in the Greater Hartford area utilizing your expertise in medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. • Conduct thorough patient assessments including intake, vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews
• Prescribe medications and administer injections following HIPAA regulations and DEA guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on diagnostic evaluations, interpret diagnostic tests including radiology and laboratory results, and develop treatment plans
• Document patient encounters accurately using EMR/EHR systems ; ensure compliance with HIPAA standards for medical records management Requirements
• Valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant with current state licensing and certification in Connecticut
• Board certified/eligible
• Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with

ICD-10/ICD-9

coding and CPT coding for billing purposes

• Strong clinical and communication skills
