• 6 month assignment with option to extend
• Dual facility assignment: 35-mile distance Shift Details
• Weekend coverage only, Friday 6 PM through Sunday 6 PM Requirements
• Board Certified NCCPA
• Active Connecticut license
• Active ACLS
• Active BLS
• 1 year of experience (No new grads)
• Must be able to cover both sites
• Provider must be local
• Epic experience
• Preferred Required Procedures / Skills
• Pre-Op Physical Exams
• Suture Removal
• Diagnose and Treat Illnesses
• Order and Interpret Tests
• Assist in Surgery
• Write Prescriptions
• Coordination of Care
• Rounding
• Placement of Central Venous and Dialysis Catheters
• Placement of Arterial Lines and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps
• Endoscopic Retrieval
• No balloon pumps Assignment Details
• Practice setting: Inpatient only at both sites, inpatient consults, OR assist, patient management on step down unit
• Average number of patients per day: 10
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Provider will be working autonomously
