Job Description
Job Description Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic & compassionate full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Colorectal Surgery Team! In this primarily office-based position, the advanced practice provider will closely work alongside our colorectal surgeons to provide a broad spectrum of patient care, including but not limited to evaluating new & existing patients, performing simple office-based procedures, first assisting in the OR approximately 1 to 2 days per week, rounding on in-patients, providing post operative & wound care, triaging patient phone calls, overseeing medication management, and stoma care.
