Physician Assistant - Urology

Job Description

Stamford Health is currently seeking an experienced Surgical Physician Assistant to join our team! This is an immediate need for a Physician Assistant to work in the Surgical Subspecialties at Stamford Hospital. This is a full-time position requiring clinical work and OR First Assist. The PA will assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients presenting with a variety of medical and surgical conditions which range from chronic diseases, acute illnesses, and health care maintenance. Under the direction of or in consultation with a physician, the PA will provide a broad spectrum of general patient care. Patient population includes approximately 95% Urology and Neurosurgery with an occasional Oral and Maxillofacial and ENT patients.
Schedule:
24/7 coverage in-house surgical team! Fulltime - 3 x 12 hour-shifts per week - day/night/weekend rotation. Self-scheduling type model.
