Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inpatients on cardiac and cardiothoracic services under attending supervision Care for patients with myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndromes, post-op open-heart procedures, and mechanical support devices (IABP, Impella) Perform comprehensive assessments, order tests, interpret hemodynamics, and participate in advanced procedures Educate patients, families, and staff while collaborating with the interprofessional teamRequirements:
Current Connecticut APRN/PA license with DEA and controlled substance registration Minimum 2 years' APP experience preferred Experience with first-assist capabilities preferred Strong cardiovascular clinical expertise and communication skillsLocation:
