Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 6 APPs at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center. Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner. Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is a 136-bed hospital in Southeast Washington, D.C. The Emergency Department has 32 beds dedicated to the Adult ER, with Children's National Hospital staffing the pediatric emergency department. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.Qualifications:
Physician assistant or emergency physician assistant with a minimum of one (1) year of emergency medicine experience.Certifications Required:

This is a nocturnist position. 40 hours of Physician coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage daily. The monthly workload for full-time positions is 120 hours, while part-time entails 80 hours per month.Key Responsibilities:
The EM team responds to floor codes. The Hospitalist team is part of the Rapid Response and Code team. Cerner is our EMR.
