Our nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnist schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is a 136-bed hospital in Southeast Washington, D.C. The Emergency Department has 32 beds dedicated to the Adult ER, with Children's National Hospital staffing the pediatric emergency department. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Qualifications:

Physician assistant or emergency physician assistant with a minimum of one (1) year of emergency medicine experience.

Certifications Required:

ATLS, ACLS, and PALS. Authorized to work in the United States. This is not a new-grad opportunity

Scheduling:

This is a nocturnist position. 40 hours of Physician coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage daily. The monthly workload for full-time positions is 120 hours, while part-time entails 80 hours per month.
