This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, motivated clinician who enjoys working directly with patients and helping them regain strength, mobility, function, and confidence. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and other treatment interventions. Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist. Educate patients on exercises, home programs, proper techniques, and injury prevention. Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall function. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide a positive, compassionate patient experience throughout the course of treatment. Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program . Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred.
