North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida , is seeking an experienced General Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting in a high-volume surgical clinic conveniently located near the hospital campus. Responsibilities:

Provide excellent outpatient care while supporting efficient clinic operations and patient flow. Manage pre-operative evaluation processes. Deliver comprehensive wound care and pain management. Support continuity of care for post-operative patients through ongoing evaluation, treatment, and follow-up. Deliver outpatient care in our surgical clinic conveniently located near the hospital; with hospital rounding support rarely required and only on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

Experienced providers and new grads are welcome to apply. Active Florida license or eligibility required. Strong clinical and communication skills.
