Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedic Davenport /
Greater Orlando Area Full-Time About Us:
We are a privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice with 5 clinics in Central Florida.
Our focus is simple:
high-quality care, efficient systems, and a positive, low-drama team environment. We treat a mix of orthopedic, post-operative, and Medicare patients. Why This Role is

Consistent patient volume - stay busy and productive. Clear plans of care. Efficient systems using WebPT. Supportive team environment (PTs, front desk, interns). Clinic focused on doing things the right way.
What You'll Do:
Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapists. Provide hands-on care and guide patients through exercises. Track patient progress and communicate with supervising PTs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Help create a positive, motivating patient experience.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Florida). Strong work ethic and reliability. Good energy with patients - people should enjoy working with you. Ability to stay efficient while still delivering quality care. Team player who communicates well with PTs and staff.
