Flexible PRN Critical Care Opportunity for Experienced ICU APPs AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced PRN Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our collaborative ICU team supporting AdventHealth Daytona Beach and AdventHealth Palm Coast . This opportunity is designed for local, experienced ICU providers who are looking for flexible supplemental work while practicing alongside an established team of intensivist physicians and advanced practice providers. PRN providers will help support staffing needs across both campuses while delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in a collaborative critical care environment. Qualifications We are seeking experienced providers who thrive in a collaborative ICU environment. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum of two years of recent ICU experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred One year minimum ICU APP experience required Strong critical care assessment and procedural skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Active Florida license, or ability to obtain Please note: This PRN opportunity is intended for local providers who already have critical care experience. New graduates and candidates without prior ICU APP experience will not be considered.
