What they do
A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights:
Team of 10 General Anesthesiologists, 14 APPs covering 9 sites of service Diverse mix of cases including General, GI, Obstetrics, Neuro, Complex Neuro/Spine and Bariatric. Ped experience desirable but not required. Pediatric Anesthesiologists on the team. LevelIII NICU. OB
experience required. Additional $10K stipend offered. Neuro experience preferred. Additional $10K stipend offered. Schedule available is 4, 10s. Required Beeper Call 1:6 weekends. Fri, 5:30p- 10:00p, Sat 7a-7p, Sun 7a-7p
