May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Private Plastic Surgery Practice Position Overview An established private plastic surgery practice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP interested in working closely with a plastic surgeon in a predominantly office-based role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have an interest in aesthetic medicine. While previous aesthetics experience is a plus, it is not required . Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre-operative patient evaluations Educate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans alongside lead surgeon Provide post-operative follow-up care and monitor patient recovery Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process Collaborate closely with the surgeon to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Assist with office procedures as needed Opportunity to expand responsibilities into the operating room and hospital over time Interest in aesthetics, including cosmetic procedures, is welcomed but not required
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$120,000 to $130,000 annually Monday through Friday schedule Approximately 7 days of call per month Comprehensive benefits package CME allowance Paid Time Off Professional growth and mentorship opportunities Long-term career advancement within the practice Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner 1-2 years Plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, ENT, or surgical experience preferred Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the physician Interest in expanding clinical and surgical responsibilities over time Why This Opportunity?
