Job Description
Locum Emergency Physician needed to start ASAP ongoing for FSEDs near
Gainesville, FL Start Date:
ASAP, emergency privs available. Ongoing for up to 1 year.Requirements:
Current FL license, DEA. FM/IM with 3 years of experience. Must be able to work a minimum of 8 shifts/ mo Provider will work at several FSEDs. Proficiency in all emergency care procedures is required (Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic Stabilization, etc.)Facility Information:
- 28-30 beds, depending on location.
- Shift time: 12 hours, AM and PM shifts available (some 8 hour shifts, depending on location).
- APP support based on location and shift .
- Common cases: Vertical 3 patients and Level 4/5 patients.
Privs:
Emergency privs with clean file (approximately 45 days). Standard privs approximately 90 days.Travel/Lodging:
Hotel and mileage reimbursement. Flights and rental car on case-by-case basis.- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
