This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys practicing with clinical independence while having physician supervision and a strong support team available remotely. One of the biggest advantages of this position is the level of support provided to our clinicians: Dedicated medical scribe - you do not have to write your own visit notes Strong support staff for prior authorizations Dedicated assistance with referrals and coordination of care Medical assistant support Administrative and front-office support Established clinical workflows and protocols Physician supervision and support available remotely What We're Looking For We are looking for a strong, clinically confident PA-C who is comfortable managing patients independently in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with: Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating primary care patients Preventive and chronic disease management Sick visits and same-day concerns Reviewing labs and diagnostic testing Medication management Developing and following appropriate treatment plans Recognizing when physician consultation or a higher level of care is needed Working independently with remote supervising physicians Maintaining excellent patient communication and quality of care The Ideal Candidate This position is best suited for a PA who is independent, organized, confident in clinical decision-making, and comfortable taking ownership of their patient panel. While our physicians and leadership team are available for support, the Gainesville provider should be comfortable functioning independently during the clinical day rather than requiring an on-site supervising physician. What We Provide Our goal is to remove as much administrative burden from the provider as possible so you can concentrate on practicing medicine. You see and care for the patient. Our team supports the rest. With a scribe handling documentation and support staff assisting with prior authorizations, referrals, and administrative tasks, our providers can spend more time focused on their patients and less time completing paperwork after clinic.
