Job Description

We are currently hiring for two full-time Advanced Practice Provider positions serving our growing Gastroenterology practice throughout South Florida. Position 1: Hialeah Pembroke Pines Position 2: South Florida Region (Coral Gables, and Kendall) If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative, physician-led environment, we would love to hear from you. Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) will provide comprehensive outpatient care under the supervision of our Board-Certified Gastroenterologists. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced specialty practice. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Gastroenterology physician. Perform new patient consultations and follow-up office visits. Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations. Review laboratory results, imaging studies, pathology reports, and other diagnostic tests. Develop assessment and treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and treatment plans. Accurately document patient encounters using the electronic medical record (Allscripts). Coordinate patient care with physicians, clinical staff, and referring providers. Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing. Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current ANCC certification (NP) or NCCPA certification (PA-C). Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience preferred. Previous Gastroenterology experience is strongly preferred. Previous experience in an outpatient physician practice or healthcare setting. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with Allscripts is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
Starting at $110,000 annually , with higher compensation available based on the candidate's Gastroenterology experience and qualifications.
