HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a FT Assistant Chief of Emergency Medicine Physician to join the dynamic team in the ED and surrounding FSEDs.Description:
HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is a 447-bed acute care facility with a Level I Trauma Center designation and the area's only Adult and Pediatric Burn Center. The ED has a volume of 84,000 (adult and Peds) and the physicians see about 2.1 pph. It has 4 associated FSED's (Town and Country FSED, Doral FSED, Cutler Bay FSED and South Dade FSED) and Physicians will cover/rotate through all locations. 36-bed ED with 10 Chair Fast Track 12 Peds ED beds (24-hour coverage) 55 hours of Physician coverage (adult) 12 hours of Advanced Practice Providers (adult) ACGME accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program EM Fellowship Programs inUS, Admin and Operations EMR:
Meditech, Pdoc, dragon dictationQualified Candidates:
Must have completed an EM Residency and Board Certified within 5 years Ideally at least 2 years Directorship experience Must have activeACLS, ATLS and PALS Incentives/Benefits Package:
