$115,000+ starting salary based on experience

  • Hands-on procedural training Vanguard Spine & Pain is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing interventional spine and pain practice in Naples.
We are a new practice led by a Harvard-trained physician. That means you get in early, help shape how the clinic runs, and work directly alongside the physician rather than getting lost in a large group. This is a clinic-based role with a stable weekday schedule. No hospital rounding. No weekends. We are open to experienced PAs and to new graduates who want to build a specialty career in spine and pain. Training is provided. What You'll Do Evaluate new patients and develop treatment plans for chronic pain, spine, and musculoskeletal conditions Manage follow-up visits, medication management, and functional progress tracking Review MRI, CT, and X-ray imaging and coordinate with radiology as needed Assist the physician during in-office interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation Support regenerative medicine treatments and patient education around those options Minimal opioid management. Controlled substance prescribing is limited and handled in line with Florida PDMP requirements and practice policy Provide clinical documentation and support for prior authorizations, referrals, and pre-procedure planning Document accurately and promptly in our EMR Communicate with referring providers, physical therapy, and imaging partners What We're Looking For Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) Active Florida PA license, or license-eligible with application in process DEA registration and Florida controlled substance prescribing privileges, or eligibility to obtain Current BLS certification Comfort with procedural work and a steady hand in a busy clinic Strong communication skills with patients managing long-term pain Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Prior pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, PM&R, or anesthesia experience is a plus, not a requirement.
