A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a board-certified PRN physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our Tampa (Pinellas) Market, providing float coverage out of our Largo and surrounding clinic locations.Qualified Candidates:
Comfortable seeing ages three months and up Board certified Has or willing to obtain Florida state medical licensure Ability to perform first reads on x-rays Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric -and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.Incentive/Benefits Package:
