Shared Athena EMR provides access to physician notes and imaging, helping the therapy team stay connected to each patient's treatment. A dedicated physical therapy scheduling team handles appointments, and therapists aren't responsible for marketing or patient check-in/check-out. You can focus on delivering therapy while building your skills through new-graduate mentorship, continuing education, and physician-led learning opportunities. 💰

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and function Document patient progress using the organization's shared Athena EMR Foster strong communication with Physical Therapists, physicians, and the orthopedic care team Help patients regain independence and return to their daily activities ✅

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current FL license (or eligibility to obtain) New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
