A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties:
Deliver high-quality primary care and provide coverage for the Walk-In Clinic.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely charts utilizing our advanced AI Scribe technology, streamlining workflow and significantly reducing administrative time.
Team Dynamics:
Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team.
Clinical Skills:
Perform essential clinical tasks, including reading EKGs and placing IVs.
Schedule:
Full-time schedule consisting of 3-4 days per week and 2 Saturdays per month.
Qualifications Certification:
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) - must be able to see patients of all ages.
Experience:
At least 1+ year of post-graduate experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting.
Licensure:
Active Florida medical license (PA) or the willingness to obtain one.
Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in reading EKGs and placing IVs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with productivity bonus opportunities.
