Position Summary Keith Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care practice. The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive medical care to patients across a broad range of ages and health conditions, working collaboratively with the supervising physician and healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of PA practice. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Order, interpret, and follow up on appropriate laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and practice policies. Manage and monitor patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, asthma, COPD, and other common primary care conditions. Provide preventive healthcare, including routine physical examinations, health screenings, immunizations, and patient education. Perform appropriate in-office procedures within the PA's training, experience, and scope of practice. Provide follow-up care and coordinate referrals to specialists when medically appropriate. Review laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate findings and treatment recommendations to patients. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health measures. Respond appropriately to patient concerns and medical needs. Collaborate with the supervising physician, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives as requested. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control standards, and all applicable federal and state healthcare regulations. Maintain current professional licensure, DEA registration, certifications, and continuing education requirements. Perform other clinical duties as assigned by the supervising physician or practice leadership. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the State of Georgia. NCCPA certification (or eligibility, as applicable). Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard computer applications. Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care. Experience managing patients with multiple chronic medical conditions. Experience with preventive medicine and routine physical examinations. Experience with common outpatient procedures. Familiarity with electronic health records and electronic prescribing. Work Environment This position is primarily performed in an outpatient primary care office. The Physician Assistant will interact directly with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and administrative personnel and is expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and patient-focused environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine clinical examinations and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to use standard medical equipment and computer systems. Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
