Our patients often arrive for weight loss and stay for everything that comes after it — hormone optimization, skin and body restoration, and long-term care from a team that knows them. The Role We're looking for a confident, warm, clinically strong PA-C who enjoys building relationships and providing highly personalized care. You'll work across medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and aesthetics , managing consultations, treatment plans, lab review, medications, follow-up, and patient education. What Makes Someone Great for This Role Experience with GLP-1 medications and/or medical weight-loss programs . Familiarity with HRT, TRT, women's health, hormone optimization , or other lab-based programs requiring multiple visits before treatment begins. Comfortable discussing sensitive topics including fatigue, low libido, mood, menopause, and low testosterone with warmth and discretion. Understands that hormone patients often share things they haven't told anyone else — and knows how to make them feel safe, heard, and respected. Experience selling or managing recurring memberships or programs , not just one-time treatments. Aesthetics knowledge or experience with Morpheus8, PRP, injectables, and/or lasers is a strong plus. Familiarity with an EMR/CRM ; we use PatientNow and GoHighLevel . Comfortable working between our Norcross and Marietta locations with reliable transportation. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — a large share of our patients prefer Spanish. Georgia-licensed PA-C with NCCPA certification. Reliable availability on Saturdays .
