Join our trauma surgery team in Stockbridge, GA as a full-time Physician Assistant. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to trauma patients across the continuum—initial assessment, operative and perioperative management, critical care, and discharge planning—while collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive trauma evaluations: history, physical exam, diagnostic interpretation, and formulation of treatment plans.

Assist in trauma surgeries:

pre-operative preparation, intraoperative support, and post-operative management. Participate in emergency trauma response and bedside procedures for critically ill or injured patients. Coordinate care with surgeons, specialty services, and allied health professionals; participate in rounds and case conferences. Contribute to development and adherence to trauma protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Provide clear education and discharge instructions to patients and families about injuries, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Certification as a Physician Assistant (e.g., NCCPA). Current Georgia PA license or eligibility for licensure.
