A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Well established behavioral health group in highly desirable western suburb of Chicago (Naperville, IL) is looking for a Psychiatry Physician Assistant to join our team. Our physician run private practice group provides high quality care to patients of all ages and diagnoses. This opportunity offers a work setting that provides clinical autonomy, collaborative environment with other professionals, financial security, and work life balance.

Qualifications and Skills:
Physician assistant graduated from an accredited US program At least 1 year experience in psychiatry or related field State of IL Controlled substance license; state of IL license; valid DEA number Dedication to helping individuals, families and systems reach their full potential Effective time management, self motivated Ability to work independently and within a team Enjoy living in one of the top 10 best school districts in the nation and top-10 safest cities to live in the US.
