Modern Urgent Care Centers | 3-Day Workweek | 12-Hour Shifts | Up to $77/Hour + Incentives Looking for an urgent care position with a great schedule, strong clinical support, modern facilities, and the resources of one of Illinois' leading nonprofit health systems? We are recruiting experienced Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for established urgent care centers throughout Central Illinois. These are well-equipped, purpose-built urgent care centers backed by a nationally recognized nonprofit health system that has been named one of Forbes' Best Employers in Illinois for eight consecutive years .

URGENT CARE PRACTICE DETAILS, FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS

FACILITIES:

Modern standalone and retail urgent care centers with multiple exam rooms and dedicated minor procedure space.

X-RAY:

On-site x-ray with off-site overread available in under 30 minutes.

MEDICATIONS

Pre-packaged onsite medications for added patient convenience.

CLINICAL SUPPORT

Large support team including MAs, LPNs, and Radiologic Technologists.

EMR:

Epic.

PATIENT POPULATION

Treat patients of all ages, from infants through geriatrics.

SCHEDULE

Full-time requires just three 12-hour shifts per week. Part-time opportunities available at select locations. Rotating weekday and weekend schedule. Day shifts only - no overnight shifts. Additional overtime opportunities may be available.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES, URGENT CARE FNP & PA

Competitive hourly compensation of up to $77.68/hour , based on experience + weekend differential. Double OT and holiday pay. Daily patient-volume incentive offering the potential for thousands in additional earnings. Annual performance incentive worth up to 10% of base earnings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience working in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine center as an NP/PA Master of Science Degree, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) OR Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree (PA). Certified to treat patients of all ages, infants through geriatrics Experience performing minor procedures including suturing Licensed or able to become licensed in the State of Illinois.
