Opportunity involves variable, rotating 12-hour shifts (13-14 per 4-week period), including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends. Collaborate with a team of over 15 APPs, 45 physicians, ED pharmacists, and social workers in a high-volume ED with 200-300 patients daily. Evaluate and treat patients with ESI levels 1-5 in a facility with comprehensive in-house coverage and advanced specialty support. Requirements include a Master's in Nursing or Physician Assistant, Illinois licensure, and 1-2 years of experience (new graduates welcome).
