Full Job Description Overview:
The Carle Neuroscience Institute (CNI) is seeking a Medical Spine APP to join our group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details:
Practice opportunity details include: Clinic APP role with our Brain and Spine department working with the medical and interventional spine patient population Join a growing medical team with 5 Neurosurgeons, 2 Medical Spine physicians, 4 Spine Interventionalists; 1 Neurosurgery and 1 Medical Spine Advanced Practice Provider in the outpatient setting; and 5 hybrid inpatient / outpatient Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Providers Flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts M-F clinic days Coordinate ongoing patient care in collaboration with medical spine physicians including initial consultations, follow-ups and provide patient/family education Must possess excellent clinical skills and be able to function with high level of autonomy Experience with neurological conditions preferred
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure

Provider Salary Range:
The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
