Neurosurgery APP - Join a Growing Team | No Primary Call | Loan Repayment Join the Neurosurgery team at our regional medical center as an Advanced Practice Provider and become part of a collaborative, patient-centered program delivering advanced brain and spine care to communities across North Central Kansas. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice alongside highly skilled neurosurgeons in a technologically advanced environment with strong clinical support, a robust patient population, and access to a wide range of specialties. Position Highlights Collaborate in the clinic and OR with physicians specializing in advanced brain and spine care who are skilled and using the latest technology. Join a supportive and experienced team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs. Experience:
One year clinical experience preferred About KRRC The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation. Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities. About the facility We are a Regional Health Center that includes three critical access hospitals that serve across multiple communities across North Central Kansas. A high functioning level III trauma center, our eight operating rooms are equipped with da Vinci Xi & Si, Stryker Mako Robot, and BrainLab technologies. Oncology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and 24/7 cardiothoracic surgery are specialties available for patients.
