Job Description

Overview Emergency medicine requires strong teamwork, efficient workflows, and consistent support—the right environment makes that sustainable. At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so APPs can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. We're seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas.
Practice Highlights:
W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
ED Volume:
18,000 State-of-the-art Level III Emergency Department Critical air transport base 24-hour radiology and cath lab services Fast Track program Regional referral center serving western Kansas, eastern Colorado, and the Oklahoma panhandle 2 years of experience required; 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred What your practice will look like: You'll work alongside experienced Physicians, APPs, nursing teams, and hospital leadership in a collaborative Emergency Department environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Facility:
St. Catherine Hospital is a regional healthcare hub serving western Kansas, eastern Colorado, and the Oklahoma panhandle. The hospital features more than 100 beds and offers a broad range of services, including nationally accredited Breast and Stroke Centers, a newly renovated Heartland Cancer Center with a TruBeam Linear Accelerator, and a Maternal Child Center with a Level III NICU and dedicated C-section unit. Compensation & Benefits:
