Routine, Complicated, VBAC's, C sections, gynecology, Office and Minor Circumcisions.

Case Log Requirements:

Must be able to provide case logs of natural and c-section deliveries over the past 12 - 24 months. Demonstrated current competence and evidence of fifty (50) patients with the management of Obstetric and/or Gynecologic problems from an accredited facility and fifty (50) deliveries to include ten (10) C-sections in the past 12 months and the performance of twenty-five (25) gynecological surgical procedures (to include at least five 5 major abdominal cases), reflective of the scope of privileges requested in the past 24 months or successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months. Physicians with a clean medical malpractice background will be prioritized.
