For over 20 years, our organization has provided high-quality, accessible acute care to patients of all ages throughout the Greater Boston and MetroWest communities. Our centers operate as advanced outpatient practices with experienced clinical teams and comprehensive on-site diagnostic capabilities, including X-ray and laboratory services. Across our locations, our medical staff has provided care for more than 2 million patient visits. The Opportunity We are seeking a Physician Assistant with an interest in outpatient acute care and urgent care medicine. Candidates with a 1+ years experience are preferred; however, newer providers with a strong clinical foundation and a desire to develop their urgent care skills are encouraged to apply. Providers work alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians who are available for mentorship, collaboration, and clinical consultation. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to continue developing clinically while becoming increasingly comfortable and independent in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, radiologic technologists, medical technologists, and administrative professionals. Team members work collaboratively to provide accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare. Advanced Urgent Care Environment Our facilities are designed to allow providers to manage a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries without automatically referring patients to the emergency department.

Spacious urgent care examination rooms On-site X-ray services On-site laboratory testing Cardiac monitoring and EKG capabilities Experienced clinical staff available for consultation and support We believe in practicing thoughtful, evidence-based medicine and utilizing diagnostic testing when clinically appropriate. Work Schedule Our schedule is designed to provide full-time providers with meaningful time away from work while maintaining continuity within the clinical team. Approximately 15-16 shifts per month Approximately 36 scheduled hours per week Alternating weekends Predictable rotating schedule Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Independence Day Reduced hours on select major holidays

Hours of Operation Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-7:00

PM Saturday-Sunday:

8:00 AM-4:00 PM Sample Rotation Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday

+ Saturday and Sunday Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday - Weekend Off Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
