We are seeking a full-time emergency medicine physician assistant leader to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. Candidates must have ED experience to apply. New graduate candidates will not be considered. Join a team of physicians and physician assistants working side-by-side in a supportive work environment! About the Facility Supportive leadership team Annual volume: 36,160 33 treatment rooms 8 and 10-hour shifts About the Role Work closely with facility medical director Interview new candidates Create orientation plan for new hires Create APC schedule Participate in leadership meetings Perform annual evaluations with facility medical director Assist with recruitment and retention of facility APCs Promotes company's mission and values Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $70.25 to $90.00 hourly with the opportunity to earn incentives.
