Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant
The Chief PA provides clinical leadership, teaching, and administrative oversight across our inpatient and outpatient settings.
Previous experience in GYN Surgery First Assist and C/Sections, OB Triage, Labor Management, and Postpartum Rounding is preferred.
Candidates must have a strong desire to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population, as well as be mission driven and possess excellent clinical skills. The successful candidate will lead a team committed to excellence while maintaining their own clinical presence in our fast-paced inpatient and outpatient settings.
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The Chief PA provides clinical leadership, teaching, and administrative oversight across our inpatient and outpatient settings.

- + Serve as the PA departmental liaison, collaborating with medical leadership and hospital administration + Coordinate and manage PA clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage across Labor & Delivery & Outpatient sites + Chief PA will deliver care in Labor & Delivery unit, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient Rounding for GYN, ER consults, first assist in OR cases, and outpatient OB/GYN visits.
Schedule:
Day/Night Rotating including weekends + No On-Call Qualified candidates will have at a minimum 5 years of Physician Assistant experience post graduation. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of OB/GYN experience.Previous experience in GYN Surgery First Assist and C/Sections, OB Triage, Labor Management, and Postpartum Rounding is preferred.
