Details
- Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
- Patient caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, around 60 per week, with double booking common
- Schedule includes Monday-Thursday shifts of 7 AM-3 PM or 11 AM-7 PM, plus Friday 7/8 AM-3/4 PM
- No weekend scheduling required
- Uses RainTree EMR system
- Full support staff including front office and PT Aides/Techs assist clinicians
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA required
- No new graduates accepted
- Experience in orthopedics, outpatient, personal injury, and workers' comp required
- License required if applicable Additional Information
- Treats orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including ankle sprains, DDD, DJD, frozen shoulder, low back pain, and post-op joint replacements
- Utilizes techniques such as gait training, myofascial release, McKenzie method, taping, and extremity/spinal mobilization
- First day orientation includes meeting staff, EMR introduction, and shadowing treatments; second day involves full patient treatment
- Clinicians carry a caseload similar to facility employees
