Overview Emergency medicine requires strong teamwork, efficient workflows, and consistent support—the right environment makes that sustainable. At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so APPs can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. We're adding an Emergency Medicine APP (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to our team at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton in Easton, Maryland. "You stay busy, but not overwhelmed. The staffing model really supports the volume. The flexibility allows you to enjoy life outside of work. APPs have autonomy, but support is always there when needed."

Epic with DAX Copilot AI scribe support What your practice will look like: You'll work in a collaborative Emergency Department with structured Physician and APP coverage designed to support efficient workflows and team-based care. APPs practice with a high level of autonomy and manage a broad range of acuity while working closely with experienced Physicians, responsive consultants, and supportive leadership. The staffing model is intentionally aligned with patient arrivals to help maintain a busy—but not overwhelming—workflow, while flexible scheduling supports work-life balance and time for the things that matter outside of work. Facility:
UM Shore Medical Center at Easton is a full-service hospital serving five rural counties on Maryland's Eastern Shore, offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. The facility is recognized as a Designated Primary Stroke Center and Cardiac Intervention Center and provides access to tertiary care transfer services when needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
