MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center | Eastern Baltimore County in Rosedale, MD MedStar Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established and well-staffed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in eastern Baltimore County. Conveniently located with easy access to Baltimore City and surrounding communities, MedStar Franklin Square offers an accessible location for providers throughout the greater Baltimore region. III NICU
is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and staffed by highly trained, compassionate caregivers. Our family-centered approach recognizes that a baby's successful journey from critical care to home involves the entire family. The quality and experience of our multidisciplinary team are reflected in consistently high patient satisfaction and outstanding outcomes reported through the Vermont Oxford Network . Unit Highlights 23 total beds , including 19 private rooms and 4 rooms for multiples Established team of 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and 4 Neonatologists Approximately 300 NICU admissions annually Level

with state-of-the-art medical technology Low associate turnover Excellent teamwork and a highly collaborative environment Experienced, compassionate multidisciplinary team Strong commitment to family-centered neonatal care Schedule & Position Details This is primarily a salaried, full-time opportunity working 36 hours per week , consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week . The schedule includes a combination of day and night shifts , with holiday coverage shared equally among the group. Part-time and PRN arrangements may also be considered based on experience, availability, and the needs of the NICU team.
