25k sign on bonus Student Loan Repayment available. PA/FNP is responsible to provide high quality Family Practice services within the practice setting. PA/FNP shall possess a valid Maine medical license and retain a current federal narcotics license number. FNP/PA shall be a member in good standing of the Hospital Medical Staff and shall meet all requirements of the Medical Staff with respect to the FNPs practice at the Hospital, including participation in Medical Staff and Departmental activities. FNP/PA shall maintain current knowledge and skills through independent study and continuing medical education activities. FNP/PA shall accept all forms of third-party reimbursement, including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, commercial health insurance, and applicable negotiated managed care reimbursement, and shall provide reasonable amounts of charity care. FNP/PA shall report to the person designated by the Chief Executive Officer as the FNP's supervisor with respect to the business and financial aspects of the Physician's employment hereunder. FNP/PA shall exhibit professionalism in the facility in regards to behavior, attire, and reliability, and maintain a professional relationship with other health care providers, patients and their families. FNP/PA must maintain knowledge of and compliance with federal and state regulations including

EMTALA. FNP/PA

shall follow the basic principles of documentation, coding and reimbursement. FNP/PA shall participate in quality measures and monitoring as set forth by the Accountable Care Organization and other required entities. Demonstrates a clear understanding of, and commitment to, the hospital's mission, visions and values as well as the service excellence standards while completing all tasks and responsibilities. Seeks out needed information by staying informed and involved by attending meetings, reading memos, policies, meeting minutes, newsletters, email and other appropriate information in a timely manner.
