Physician Associate/Assistant Emergency Medicine Biddeford, ME Per Diem MaineHealth United States, Maine, Sanford 25 June Street (Show on map) Feb 13, 2026 Description MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford/ Sanford Emergency Department is seeking a per-diem Physician Associate/ Physician Assistant. This provider will work alongside our Emergency Department Physicians to provide care in our emergency departments in Biddeford and Sanford. Come join our excellent team of dedicated providers!

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and successful completion of accredited Physician Associate/Physician Assistant program. Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure. Experience working as a PA in Emergency Medicine is required due to training purposes. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively triage, organize and prioritize. Ability to function as part of a team. Proficient computer skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
