Midnights (6p-6a), 20 weekend shifts per year (12-hour shifts) 2 holidays per year No call required Inpatient only Will consider new graduates willing to train to full-time for success and new graduates with ICU experience as RN What You Will Do Assess, diagnose, and treat inpatient patients in collaboration with attending physicians and the healthcare team Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans Perform procedures as per credentialing and experience Coordinate care to achieve optimal patient outcomes safely and efficiently Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive inpatient care Qualifications Required Qualifications Master's degree in nursing (NP) or Bachelor's degree/AMA-approved Physician Assistant program (PA) with current state licensure and national certification (CNP or NCCPA). Current RN license (NPs) or Michigan state licensure (PAs). Current BLS andACLS/ATLS/PALS
provider certification as required by department. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Cardiovascular Medicine, Emergency Medicine, ICU, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Surgery, Urgent Care, or Urology.Benefits
