ENT Specialists at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care while building a rewarding career in a supportive specialty practice. Mosaic Life Care, a physician-led, multi-specialty health care system, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established ENT practice in St. Joseph, Missouri. This position combines the resources of an integrated health system with the advantages of practicing in a welcoming, family-friendly community. The ENT team consists of 3 physicians and 1 APP, supported by experienced nurses, LPNs, medical assistants, patient care representatives, and audiologists. The clinic is located in a state-of-the-art Mosaic medical office building that brings together primary care, specialty services, outpatient imaging, laboratory services, and pharmacy resources to enhance the patient experience. Responsibilities Full-time employed position Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Typical patient volume of 15-20 patients per day once established in the role Comprehensive onboarding with direct physician mentorship Structured training alongside experienced ENT physicians, with a gradual transition to managing an independent patient schedule as comfort and competency develop Patient evaluations, clinic triage, post-operative follow-up, ear cleanings, inpatient rounding, and procedural assistance Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package

PA Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Current DEA licensure or ability to obtain Surgical experience preferred but not required Interest in learning ENT-specific procedures and clinical skills
