Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our patient‑centered healthcare team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Dr. David Bellamah and a multidisciplinary staff to deliver exceptional care across diverse clinical settings. Key responsibilities include supporting accurate diagnoses, developing effective treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless, compassionate patient experience while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires monthly travel to our Kalispell, MT location for a minimum three‑day onsite rotation. Additionally, the Physician Assistant will provide on‑call support during non‑business hours for emergency patient phone calls, with holidays and weekends off. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs collection, to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Assist in performing medical procedures such as suturing, injection administration, and wound care using aseptic techniques. Manage acute pain cases, triage patients efficiently, and provide critical care support in hospital or emergency settings. Interpret diagnostic tests, including radiology imaging, laboratory results, and diagnostic evaluations for informed decision-making. Prescribe medications within scope of practice, ensuring compliance with DEA regulations and CPT coding standards. Document patient encounters accurately using EMR/EHR system- StreamlineMD while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties including hospital medicine, critical care, infectious disease care, and palliative medicine to optimize patient outcomes. Skills Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for efficient documentation and data management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation.
