Physician Assistant License Full Job Description Description:
As a Physician Assistant in our clinic, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, managing various ENT-related conditions and performing minor in-office procedures. The role includes post-operative checks, new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and more. You will also have call responsibilities, including one evening of after-hour phone calls per week and rotating Friday afternoons. Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with no weekends or holidays required.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities See and manage clinic patients in the office Conduct post-operative checks, new patient evaluations, and follow-up visits Perform cerumen removal, removal of foreign bodies from ear/nose, nasal endoscopy, control of epistaxis, post-op sinus debridement, I&D of abscess, management of auricular hematoma, removal of drains and sutures, etc. Answer patient phone calls and contact patients with results Provide patient education and support Complete charts in a timely fashion Handle billing and coding for charts Take one evening of after-hour phone calls per week Participate in rotating Friday afternoon call Qualifications Valid Physician Assistant license in Nebraska Experience in ENT or related fields is preferred but not required Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform minor procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient care and continuous learning
