This float position offers a rare opportunity to work across three distinct care settings — a geropsychiatric unit, a medical-surgical unit, and an emergency department — giving you exposure that most LNAs never get in a single role. Whether you're providing compassionate, relationship-centered care to older adults navigating complex behavioral and cognitive challenges, supporting post-surgical patients through recovery, or working alongside a fast-moving ED team, each shift brings something new. Beyond the variety, this role puts you at the heart of patient care in ways that matter. You'll build clinical versatility, strengthen relationships across multidisciplinary teams, and grow your confidence in settings that will sharpen your skills for wherever your career takes you.
