A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Job Description

Our client in Dover, NJ is looking to add a full time Physician Assistant to their orthopedic team. This is a weekday clinic only position, no weekends or call requirements. 1+ year of orthopedic experience required.
Description:
Work in office to treat and evaluate orthopedic patients Treat patients in office only Perform in office procedures, pre and post operative visits Walk in appointments
Responsibilities:
Chart reviews Provide medical treatment to pre/post op patients Develop and implement patient management plans Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Maintain a safe and clean work environment

INDP Pay:
$125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
