Shifts:

Participate in resuscitation efforts and acute care management as part of an interdisciplinary team. In Fast Track Manage lower‑acuity, high‑throughput cases with a focus on efficiency and patient satisfaction. Independently diagnose and treat common urgent conditions such as minor injuries, infections, sprains, simple lacerations, and rashes. Facilitate rapid discharge planning while maintaining thorough clinical evaluation and documentation. Collaborate with nursing and ancillary services to keep patient flow smooth during high‑volume periods.
