Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to senior patients in various settings, including nursing homes or assisted living facilities or home care or run the Clinic, your choice.
  • Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
  • Administer medications, including injections and IV therapy.
  • Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, tube feeding, and dermal fillers.
  • Manage patient data and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Physician Assistant with a valid state license.
  • Previous experience in senior care or geriatrics is preferred but if not we can train you.
  • Proficient in medical coding and documentation.
  • Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its usage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
